Return & Exchange Policy
At Hanady Al Omairi Trading Store, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with all purchased products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may benefit from the following Return and Exchange Policy:
1. Return Conditions
You may request a return within 3 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging and properly sealed.
- The original invoice or proof of purchase is provided.
Due to the nature of perfume products, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned in order to maintain product quality and hygiene standards.
2. Exchange Cases
Products may be exchanged under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect product received.
- Manufacturing defect in the product.
- Product damaged during shipping.
Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs showing the condition of the product.
3. Return and Exchange Procedure

You will then receive instructions regarding the return shipping process.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the issue is caused by the store (incorrect or damaged product), the store will bear all shipping costs.
- If the return is requested based on the customer's preference, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received, inspected, and verified to meet the return conditions.
- Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
- The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perfumes that have been opened or used.
- Discounted products or products purchased under special promotional offers (unless they are defective).
- Products purchased during clearance or liquidation sales.

- We recommend reading the product deion thoroughly, including ingredients, longevity, and size, before placing an order.
